The problem
A hospitality business confirmed bookings and chased reminders by hand. It was easy to forget, and no-shows cost real money.
What I built
- Connected the booking source to Google Calendar so every booking becomes an event automatically.
- Automated confirmation and reminder messages on a schedule.
- Removed the manual chase entirely — the system handles the follow-up.
