Twelve stores, twelve spreadsheets — now one live view.
The problem
A retail group tracked each store in its own spreadsheet. Comparing them meant a manual weekly merge, and the numbers were stale by the time anyone read them.
What I built
- Built a pipeline to consolidate each store's data into one clean source.
- Designed a Looker Studio dashboard with per-store and group-level views.
- Set it to refresh automatically — leadership sees live numbers, not last week's.
