The problem
A property-management agency ran owner reports and tenant requests entirely over email and phone. Nothing was traceable and everything got asked twice.
What I built
- Designed the data model and roles for owners, tenants and staff.
- Built a React portal on Supabase with secure auth and role-based views.
- Gave each side a single place for documents, requests and status, with a clear audit trail.
