The problem
A finance team rebuilt its month-end pack by hand every cycle: same files, same copy-paste, three days of it, every month.
What I built
- Mapped the exact reporting logic and standardised the inputs.
- Built Power Query to ingest the source files and transform them automatically.
- Turned a three-day rebuild into a refresh — the analyst reviews instead of assembling.
