A whiteboard of sticky notes, replaced by one live dispatch board.
The problem
A logistics SMB ran dispatch off a physical whiteboard plus a WhatsApp group. Status was always stale, and nobody had a single view of who was where.
What I built
- Built a React internal tool backed by Supabase with realtime updates.
- Modelled jobs, drivers and statuses so the board reflects reality the moment anything changes.
- Deployed it private and access-controlled, so the team has one screen instead of three sources of truth.
