Store, supplier feeds and a master sheet, finally telling the same story.
The problem
An online brand reconciled Shopify stock against supplier spreadsheets by hand. Numbers drifted constantly, and oversells and phantom stockouts were a weekly occurrence.
What I built
- Connected the Shopify API and the supplier feeds to a single master Google Sheet as the source of truth.
- Built Apps Script sync that pushes and pulls on a schedule, with conflict rules so the right number always wins.
- Added low-stock and mismatch alerts so problems surface before a customer hits them.
