Toyota dealership
Competitor price drops, caught within fifteen minutes — automatically.
The problem
A dealership was checking competitor pricing manually and inconsistently. By the time someone noticed a competitor had dropped a price, the lead was often already gone.
What I built
- Built a scheduled scraper that reads competitor listings every fifteen minutes.
- Added change-detection so it only fires when a price actually moves — no noise, no daily digest to ignore.
- Routed alerts to the team the moment something relevant changes, turning a manual chore into a standing early-warning system.
