The problem
A marketplace seller checked competitor prices by hand and reacted late. Margin leaked every time a rival moved and nobody noticed.
What I built
- Built scrapers to track competitor pricing across the relevant SKUs.
- Added change-detection and alerting so only meaningful moves surface.
- Rolled it up into a dashboard so pricing decisions run on current data, not guesswork.
